• Own and deliver product or platform goals across multiple years and teams
• Mentor and guide experienced engineers, fostering technical growth within the organization
• Define project objectives and ensure high standards for technical outcomes and delivery
• Design, architect, implement, test, and monitor multiple microservices in production
• Influence roadmaps of other teams to align with business goals

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in software engineering
• Strong foundation in software design principles and experience with microservices
• Expertise in Python or another high-level, interpreted, object-oriented programming language
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects across multiple teams

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cache systems, and message queuing systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality maintainable code
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Deep expertise in the platforms and software used for system operations
