What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Sell products and services to clients while identifying new customer opportunities within the Seattle sales territory
  • Manage a sales pipeline and develop proposals that illustrate the employer's value proposition
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with sales management to create strategic territory business plans for achieving sales growth
  • Represent the employer and develop strong relationships with manufacturers to improve account profitability
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • College degree or equivalent/applicable experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a complex sales environment with a solution-based selling approach
  • Proven track record of sales success in business-to-business environments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and decision-makers
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations 80-85% of the time and hold a valid Driver's License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a laboratory or research environment and/or a scientific background
  • Demonstrated capability to utilize best-in-class selling processes and technology platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to sell strategically within accounts
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in purchasing decisions
