- College degree or equivalent/applicable experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a complex sales environment with a solution-based selling approach
- Proven track record of sales success in business-to-business environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and decision-makers
- Willingness to travel to customer locations 80-85% of the time and hold a valid Driver's License
- Experience in a laboratory or research environment and/or a scientific background
- Demonstrated capability to utilize best-in-class selling processes and technology platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to sell strategically within accounts
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in purchasing decisions
