Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies for long-term profitable growth
  • Create and maintain consultative relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales goals and product implementations
  • Manage sales presentations and complete Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Track sales performance and provide updates to management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical-related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to engage and present to senior management or C-suite
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects
  • Familiarity with financial and business problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes
