- Create and maintain consultative relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts

- Manage sales presentations and complete Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Track sales performance and provide updates to management
- Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical-related field
- Minimum of 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to engage and present to senior management or C-suite
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects
- Familiarity with financial and business problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes
