Infinite Impressions Concrete is hiring a high-performing Door-to-Door Concrete Sales Representative to generate and close residential concrete projects. This is acommission-only, 1099 independent contractor roleintended for self-motivated professionals who are comfortable owning their results and income.
You will work independently in residential neighborhoods, identify homeowners with real project potential, and close concrete jobs for a reputable, growing company known for quality workmanship. This position is best suited for individuals with a strong work ethic, sales discipline, and the ability to consistently execute without supervision.
This role is not hourly, not salaried, and not entry-level customer service.
It is a performance-based opportunity for individuals who want uncapped earning potential and are willing to earn it.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally canvass targeted residential areas
- Qualify homeowners with legitimate concrete needs
- Present Infinite Impressions Concrete’s services with confidence
- Close deals or secure qualified projects ready for estimate
- Maintain accurate records of leads and closed projects
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Compensation & Earning Potential:
- Commission-only (1099 independent contractor)
- 15% commission on all closed prospects
- Typical residential concrete jobs range $5,000–$15,000+
- Realistic earning examples:
- One $10,000 closed project =$1,500 commission
- 2 closed projects per week =$3,000 weekly
- Consistent producers earn $8,000–$12,000+ per month
- No cap on commissions
Important Contractor Details (Read Carefully):
- This is a
1099 position - You are responsible foryour own transportation, phone, work expenses, and taxes
- No base pay, hourly wage, benefits, or reimbursements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven self-motivation and reliability
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors
- Willing to knock doors and handle rejection
- Sales or door-to-door experience preferred (not required if driven)
