What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify sales opportunities and close business across assigned dealership groups to achieve sales goals
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers at the Senior Leadership level within dealer groups
  • Document client business structures and decision-making patterns to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for revenue growth
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities using Salesforce to track client interactions and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of experience selling automotive retail products or equivalent CRM software
  • 2+ years of experience selling to large dealer groups or OEMs
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations
  • Proven experience in leading strategic sales conversations with senior executives
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
