- 8–10+ years of experience in UX research or strategy, including 3–5+ years leading researchers or cross-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy and cultivate psychological safety within teams
- Exceptional communication skills to synthesize complex insights for diverse stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills in early-stage problem framing across product design and engineering teams
- Deep expertise in strategic research methodologies and user-centered design principles
- Experience managing research leads is a plus
- A customer-centric approach with a track record of championing user needs
- Familiarity with mixed-methods research approaches and translating insights into product opportunities
- Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
