• 2+ years of experience in the brokerage/financial services industry
• FINRA Series 7/66 or completion of licenses within 90 days
• 2+ years of experience in financial services with knowledge of W2 and 1099 advisor models
• Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year
• Strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience collaborating with and leading individuals across functional areas
• Demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships with business partners at all levels
• FINRA Series 24, 9/10
• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
