• Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing Solution Engineering team to achieve assigned goals
• Manage individual and team performance to maintain high levels of effectiveness
• Develop tailored product presentations and demonstrations for partners and clients
• Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance the skills of the Sales Engineering team
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors on account planning and sales strategies

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales engineering manager and 5 years as a sales engineer
• Excellent communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and business audiences
• Strong understanding of solutions, market dynamics, and best practices in the Identity Security market
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and gain acceptance from multiple customer constituencies

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent global experience
