Auto Glass Technician; Experienced

Hiring an Experienced Auto Glass Technician

Must be over 18, licensed and have a clean driving record.

• Inspect vehicle glass for damage, confirm parts, remove and install windshields, door glass, back glass, vents, and quarter panels.
• Experience with body shop pulls (remove and install).
• Follow Sika product specifications and applications, applying adhesives.
• Provide proper glass repairs both mobile and in shop.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory, accurately record work.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and completing all necessary paperwork.
• Keep all work areas tidy before, during, and after repairs at customer locations, vans, and in shop.

• Certified technician.
• Proven experience cutting glass.
• Completing ADAS calibrations.
• Body shop mechanic experience.
• Classic car installs.
• Heavy equipment glass installs.
• Semi-truck and tractor replacements.

40 a week

Monday – Friday

$22‑30 (DOE)

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Good dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift 25‑40 lbs (when moving glass/parts).
• Detail‑oriented.
• Proven experience in auto glass repair and installation.
• Willing to learn.
• Technician certifications (if not currently certified, must be willing to obtain).
