About Us

We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of heavy machinery, including earthmoving and forestry equipment. This role involves servicing both rental units and customer-owned machines in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain engines, drive systems, hydraulics, and electronic control systems.
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and management regarding repairs and service updates.
  • Travel to job sites and company locations as needed, using a company vehicle.
  • Be available for on-call service as required.
  • Lift and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with John Deere, Hitachi, Caterpillar, and Kawasaki equipment is required.
  • Must have a Class B CDL and valid Driver's License.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Comfortable using diagnostic software and laptops for equipment analysis.
  • Self‑starter who can manage tasks independently and prioritize work effectively.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to read schematics for electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with a variety of heavy machinery brands and models.
  • Own hand tools up to 1 ½ inch.
