** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform quality control testing on aggregate materials to ensure compliance with specifications
* Collect, prepare, and analyze material samples using standardized testing procedures
* Accurately document, report, and communicate test results to operations and leadership teams
* Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality trends and variations
* Maintain testing equipment and follow all safety and quality protocols###
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated capability to perform material testing and interpret results accurately
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
* Ability to follow standardized testing methods and procedures consistently
* Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration
* Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a production environment###
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing###
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.###
