• Perform quality control testing on aggregate materials to ensure compliance with specifications
• Collect, prepare, and analyze material samples using standardized testing procedures
• Accurately document, report, and communicate test results to operations and leadership teams
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality trends and variations
• Maintain testing equipment and follow all safety and quality protocols

• Demonstrated capability to perform material testing and interpret results accurately
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to follow standardized testing methods and procedures consistently
• Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a production environment

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑employment pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $21.00 per hour
