WA - Maintenance Tech

Certifications Needed & Specific Requirements: WA State Drivers License Perform general and routine maintenance and repair of the facility and grounds in accordance with established guidelines. These repairs may include basic plumbing, basic electrical and painting of interior and exterior spaces. Utilize materials, supplies and equipment in a cost effective manner. Maintain quality, safety and performance of the facility. Maintain ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook).

Communicate effectively and cooperatively in the workplace. Actively contribute to the achievement of Quality Improvement and Lean Process Improvement activities. Complete all mandatory learning requirements in a timely manner. Attend and actively participate in all department, team and/or committee meetings. Comply with all Skagit Regional Health, department and location specific policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee.

Shift: The start time is 0600, but it may be 0500 depending on the weather. Shift may be rotated weekly with other team members.
