Part‑Time Assistant Parts Manager

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Assistant Parts Manager to support our growing service team. This role is essential to keeping our technicians equipped and our operations running smoothly. You will work closely with our office staff, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure parts are managed accurately and delivered on time. 20 Hours weekly Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.

• Pick up incoming parts from UPS and other carriers
• Check in, label, and organize all incoming parts
• Deliver parts to southern‑area technicians up to twice per week
• Order parts as needed through manufacturer portals or vendor contacts
• Communicate with technicians regarding part availability, order status, and questions
• Communicate with manufacturers to request order updates, track shipments, and resolve issues
• Maintain an organized parts area, including trash and recycling duties in storage unit
• Update and manage parts data in Google Sheets
• Support the office team with parts‑related tasks as needed

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a small‑company environment
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable communicating with technicians and manufacturers
