A local swim club is seeking a dedicated Head Coach for the Tsunami Swim Team for the 2026 Northern Virginia Swimming League season. The ideal candidate will foster a love for swimming while promoting sportsmanship, safety, and technical excellence. Responsibilities include coaching, managing assistant coaches, overseeing meet entries, and facility management. Required qualifications include CPR and Lifeguard certifications, and 2-3 years of competitive swim coaching experience.
