Assistant Store Manager

You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager, help lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and step into full store leadership when needed.

• Support store operations, sales, merchandising, and scheduling
• Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence
• Coach, train, and motivate associates
• Support inventory management, reporting, and operational standards

• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-first mindset with a passion for selling
