Required Skills- Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Proven experience with obstetric anesthesia procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while utilizing available support from anesthesiologists and OR staff
- Strong clinical skills in airway management, regional anesthesia, and general anesthesia
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a rural hospital environment and patient needs
- Experience in a rural or small hospital setting
- Familiarity with trauma or cardiac anesthesia (not required)
- Additional certifications in advanced airway management or obstetric anesthesia
Education and Experience
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience, with a focus on obstetrics preferred
- Current valid state license and CRNA certification in good standing
- Availability to start on 05/04/2026
- Willingness to work 5x8-hour day shifts (08:00 - 17:00) with 6 night call shifts per month in 3-month blocks, with potential for extension
- Provided lodging and support for this assignment
- Must hold current certifications and licenses required for practice in the designated state
- Compliance with all facility-specific policies and protocols
Compensation for this role is $222.30 per hour, with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
