Oasis Operator

Responsibilities

• Synchronizing daily trailer needs based on the production schedule with the Warehouse Coordinator
• Reclaiming off-quality Fibers and refeeding the material to the formers
• Inspecting product quality according to specifications
• Oasis operator ensures the proper forming and stretch wrapping of finished goods material
• Material handling which includes driving a forklift and loading & unloading trucks
• Shipping materials utilizing SAP
• Performs general cleanup duties in designated areas (including, but not limited to, sweeping floor, blowing down the line, cleaning break rooms, etc.)
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance processes
• Perform special needs as determined by plant staff
• Participates in safety and housekeeping programs as established within the plant

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must show proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• 1 – 3 years manufacturing experience
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must have strong internal and external customer service skills
• Must work well in team environment
• Must be able to work independently
• Must have the ability to do intermediate mathematical calculations
