Sponsler Automotive is looking for a motivated BDC Team Lead to guide our Business Development Center and help our team deliver top-notch customer experiences. This is a career-focused role with growth opportunities in automotive sales and operations.

• Lead and coach a small BDC team to maximize lead conversion and appointment setting
• Ensure 100%+ of inbound leads are followed up with
• Assist with inbound calls, internet leads, and customer communication
• Coordinate appointments between customers and sales team efficiently
• Support BDC Director with deal flow and desking tasks
• Track team performance metrics and help your team hit goals
• Maintain a professional and positive experience for every customer

• Leadership or supervisory experience (required)
• CRM experience (preferred)
• Strong phone, email, and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Positive, team-first attitude
