Position Overview:
Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a Case Management / Utilization Review assignment in an acute care setting in Mount Vernon, NY. This role supports care coordination, utilization management, and discharge planning while ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform utilization review and case management functions in an acute care environment
Coordinate patient care and discharge planning across multidisciplinary teams
Ensure appropriate level-of-care determinations and documentation
Communicate with providers, payers, and ancillary departments
Document accurately using EPIC
Requirements:
Active RN license (NY or compact)
Minimum 2 years of Case Management or Utilization Review experience
BLS certification
EPIC charting experience
Education:
BSN not required
