Security Officer II, Armed

SSM Health - Up to $31.41/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Protect property and staff by conducting interior and exterior rounds  observing for safety/security issues, theft, and monitoring of parking lots and providing escorts to both staff and clients when requested to promote safety and enforces policies and procedures of the organization.;
Acts as a deterrent and responds to extreme acts of violence and threats involving dangerous weapons.;
Promotes visitor and employee safety while they are by providing door checks, detecting lighting deficiencies, confirming proper operation of elevators, assisting with disruptive individuals, patient restraints, and provide escorts to both staff and clients when requested.;
Responds to overhead pages or requests for assistance, including escorting emergency personnel through the building, as well as post mortem services.;
