Our 5-bed Intensive Care Unit cares for a diverse mix of critically ill medical and surgical patients, as well as step-down individuals who require close monitoring and specialized support. We maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

• 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios for safe, quality care
• Care for a mix of medical, surgical, and cardiac patients
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team: physicians, respiratory therapists, and critical care specialists
• Structured orientation and mentorship programs (ideal for nurses new to ICU)
• Opportunities for specialty certifications (CCRN, TNCC, etc.) and leadership roles
• Flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and supplemental options

• Current Illinois RN License
• BLS and ACLS required;
  PALS preferred
• 1+ year of ICU or acute care nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team
• Physical stamina and emotional resilience to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment

Eligible for evening/night shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

• Hourly Range: $31.25–$46.88
