Experienced Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner

At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and we are seeking an experienced Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to practice at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.

• Practice at a brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art facility.
• Facility is a not‑for‑profit Catholic institution affiliated with SSM Health.
• Clinic visits (new and follow‑up) with some inpatient rounding.
• Anticipated schedule of Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• Join an experienced team of 2 physicians and 1 NP.

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
• Current Illinois RN and APNP licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Prefer one year of practice experience or rotational experience in Gastroenterology.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and team‑building skills.

Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, medical specialty, labor market, and other qualifications. The posted pay range reflects SSM Health’s expectations and may also include incentive pay. SSM Health may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
