Hours available: Monday - Friday Days, 10-hour shifts

As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, client-focused care through assessments, documentation, employee education, and collaborative intervention. You will:
- Deliver high-quality care to client employees while meeting client expectations for timely resolution and support.
- Apply critical thinking and clinical experience to conduct comprehensive risk and health assessments.
- Document all clinical activities thoroughly and efficiently; incorporate feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Monitor intervention effectiveness and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote employee function, recovery, and resilience.
- Provide preventative and restorative services through direct engagement or by coordinating early intervention specialists for job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility training, and workstation evaluations.
- Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics (blood borne pathogens, universal precautions, safe lifting, body mechanics, OSHA surveillance).
- Demonstrate teamwork and foster a positive work environment through respectful, clear, and proactive communication with colleagues, clients, and leadership.
- Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels—from front-line employees to plant managers and internal leadership.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) efficiently and maintain strong organizational and computer skills.
- Protect sensitive information by maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to privacy policies.
- Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including: emergency response, referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence management.
- Provide preventative and restorative services and education by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist for job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments.
- Assist with Return to Work and restriction management for leave of absence cases.
