• Assist residents with daily living activities
  , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  .
• Help with ambulating, repositioning, and transferring residents safely.
• Provide compassionate companionship and respond to call lights promptly.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake, and output as directed.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety while maintaining a positive, respectful environment.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect resident confidentiality.
• Support nurses and medical staff to provide top-quality care

Active CNA Certification (Unencumbered, State of IL)
CPR Certification (Required)
Long-Term Care Experience (Preferred)
Strong communication, teamwork, and compassion skills
