• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company’s short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Oversee eligibility of patients referred to home‑care services, plan and supervise the services provided, and manage total home‑health care.
• Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals and policies that assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Enhance agency profitability, motivate and retain qualified staff, and assure the quality of services delivered.

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in a home‑healthcare or related field.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance; access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.

• Home‑care experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Strong communication, writing and organizational skills.

Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements). Salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full‑time employment.

Location:

Mount Vernon, IL. Salary range: $85,000–$105,000 (full time).
