Position: PRN Clinic Provider I - Registered Nurse(RN) or LPN

Overview

Title: PRNClinic Provider I - Registered Nurse

Location: Mount Vernon, IL (24-7 facility)

Status: PRN/On-call as needed

Hours :12 hour shifts - Days or nights. Any day

Days 8:00am - 8:00pm

Nights 8:00pm - 8:00am

Weekdays Monday - Fridays

Weekends Sat or Sunday

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Health provider, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high‑quality employee care, driving injury prevention, and ensuring efficient clinical operations through collaboration with the Early Intervention and Safety Team. In this position, you will:

  • Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and critically think using your clinical experience to conduct a range of risk and health assessments, to include appropriate documentation and follow‑up
  • Provide episodic care for non‑occupational injuries and illnesses
  • Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management
  • Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments
  • Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports
