- 1:5 call schedule, extra compensation for additional days taken
- DaVinci Xi robot on-site
- 250,000 population service area covering 9 counties
- Guaranteed base salary from $550K for new graduates, up to $700k for experienced
- 36 days of paid time off per year
- $5,000 CME allowance
