BTI is currently seeking an Unarmed Rover Supervisor to provide supervision and oversight of officers and shifts at several of our regional sites in Montgomery County. The role includes securing premises by patrolling property, monitoring and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
Responsibilities- Supervision and oversight of officers and shifts.
- Patrol property and secure premises.
- Monitor and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Clean driver record.
- Ability to act as a visible deterrent to crime.
- Ability to identify suspicious behavior.
- Capacity to effectively manage a security guard services contract.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- MD Security Guard Certification (Unarmed).
- CPR/First Aid certification.
This is a Full-Time position.
