A leading kidney care program in Maryland is searching for experienced Nurse Practitioners (AGNP, AGACNP, FNP) to deliver primary care for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). This temp-to-perm opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with nephrologists, manage complex conditions, and help build integrated nephrology care models. Candidates must have an active NP license in Maryland and at least 4 years of experience, with nephrology preferred.
Competitive compensation at $90–$95 per hour is offered.
