Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Digital Design Technologist/Learning Platform to join their team. As a Digital Design Technologist/Learning Platform, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting enterprise-wide training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creativity, and collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Digital Design Technologist/Learning Platform

Location: Maryland

Pay Range: $82.20/hr W2

• Assist in organization-wide training initiatives, innovation, and strategic alignment with business goals.
• Lead projects to enhance learning systems, develop engaging e-Learning content, and produce multimedia graphics, animations, and videos.
• Ensure seamless integration of systems and technology to support a robust just-in-time training ecosystem, especially via LMS and LXP platforms.
• Oversee the adoption and deployment of innovative learning modalities, media tools, and emerging technologies.
• Promote accessible design principles and ensure technology use aligns with organizational standards and compliance requirements.

• A bachelor’s, master’s degree, or equivalent experience in Learning Technology, Graphic Design, Education, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience administering and building integrations for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), preferably Docebo.
• Proficiency in video editing and creating motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Articulate 360, or Camtasia.
• Experience leveraging AI‑powered tools like Synthesia to develop innovative educational content.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training delivery, and capability development in a business environment.
