Intelligent Service is seeking a skilled full-time Plumbing Technician in Mount Prospect, Illinois.

As a Plumbing Technician, you will diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues. You will dig deeper than surface‑level fixes, focusing on determining the real cause of problems, not just swapping out basic parts. Your expertise will be put to use handling water heater diagnostics, repairs, and installations, as well as searching for and repairing leaks in potable water lines.
You will also work on toilet diagnostics, repairs, and installations, ensuring every customer receives thorough, high‑quality service.
- Experience in residential plumbing service
- Service Titan software experience preferred
You will work a full‑time schedule,
Monday through Friday, with two shift options: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
. Your workday begins when you leave home—no need to report to a central office before heading to your assigned service area.
