shift Assoc Manager, Maintenance Ops

The Maintenance Operations Associate Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for facility maintenance operations to drive continuous improvement in facility maintenance processes. Develops and executes maintenance strategies, manages maintenance teams, oversees budgeting and resource allocation, coordinates preventive maintenance programs, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective facility operations.

What You Will Do
  • Manages day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, equipment, and related utilities.
  • Assists manager with complex repairs on malfunctioning RX equipment required in order to restore machinery to satisfactory operating conditions.
  • Ensures a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
  • Executes emergency plans, and maintains physical preparedness designs to assist and protect employees in emergency situations.
  • Coordinates processes and assignments from the asset management system work orders and ensures entries are completed in a timely manner.
  • Educates team in basic machine maintenance, operational safety, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Directs workflow of maintenance staff and monitors the performance of their assigned responsibilities.
  • Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
  • Mentors and supports team members, assisting them in their professional growth and skill development.
  • This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm and flexible when business requires.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence.
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
Education
  • High school education.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $46,988.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
