Position type: Hybrid remote (60% in‑office, 3 days per week). Relocation not offered.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000 (base)
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales organization with the execution of channel programs and strategies, including promotions, new product introductions, pricing updates, and training rollouts.
- Collaborate with various members of the sales team to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with field execution needs.
- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from marketing, operations, and product management to deliver timely and impactful sales enablement materials.
- Engage directly with distributor partners on specific initiatives (e.g., product launches, events, pricing projects), supporting sales efforts with additional channel expertise.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, promotional effectiveness, and sell‑through results to inform channel planning and adjustments.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Provide feedback from the field and channel to the PRO Strategy team to help refine programs and identify growth opportunities.

- 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, sales support, commercial operations, or customer‑facing roles—ideally within the PRO, construction, or distribution space.
- Supported sales teams with tools, insights, and coordination across functions like marketing, pricing, or training.
- Participated in distributor‑related activities such as product launches, promotional planning, or line reviews.
- Worked cross‑functionally to implement go‑to‑market initiatives and improve sales execution.
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., C4C), sales reporting systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (~15–20%) for distributor support or internal meetings.
