• Weekend Program 7 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Four weekends off per year
• $11/hour Weekend Program Premium
• $5/hour Night shift differential
• Up to $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30

Registered Nurse (RN) — Med Surg Mount Pleasant, WI, United States. This 24-bed acute care unit specializes in medical-surgical, orthopedic, surgical, and trauma care, serving primarily surgical and orthopedic patients. The unit operates 24/7 year-round and requires teammates to participate in holiday and weekend rotations. The average daily census is 24 patients with an average length of stay of 3–4 days.

Nurse-to-patient ratios typically run at 5:1, while nursing assistants maintain a 6:1 ratio. Prior experience in orthopedic or surgical care is a plus but not required. The unit values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. The team emphasizes camaraderie and innovation, supporting both new graduates and experienced RNs seeking challenges.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
