Job DescriptionWelcome to our Plasma Donation Center virtual tour. Your daily work will empower donors, whose plasma becomes life‑changing medicine. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
About the role- Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
- Lead Inventory Control efforts and overall operational initiatives.
- Work with donors to resolve concerns.
- Analyze opportunities related to non‑conforming events.
- Perform all tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
- Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
- Ability to bend, reach, walk, stand for an entire shift, lift up to 32 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
- Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Compensation and BenefitsLocation: USA - WI - Mount Pleasant - Dura
U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $29.62 – $40.72
The hourly wage reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual offer will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements.
U.S. employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, company holidays, and well‑being benefits. They may earn up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year and up to 120 hours of paid vacation as a new hire.
