Schedule:7:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Location:
Sturtevant, WI Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 DOE
What You’ll Do:
Support daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth material flow and accurate inventory management.
Primary Responsibilities- Serve as backup support for shipping and receiving operations
- Process and complete ERP transactions accurately and in real time
- Unload incoming trucks and verify received materials against documentation
- Prepare, skid, and package outgoing customer orders
- Pick and stage parts for production and shipment
- Move incoming materials to designated stock locations
- Pick up and deliver parts between departments or external locations as required
- Perform mechanical sub‑assembly production tasks as needed
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Perform basic building maintenance tasks
- Assist with other operational duties as required to support team objectives
- Forklift experience required
- Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
- Basic computer skills; ERP system experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to take initiative and take on a variety of responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
