- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of mechanical construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines, reporting any variances or issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to support project execution and ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Track procurement and delivery of mechanical materials and equipment.
- Help resolve technical issues and support the implementation of project plans.
- Participate in project meetings and assist in developing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in mechanical construction or project management support.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping, etc.) and construction practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience working with mechanical contractors or MEP firms.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- PMP or CAPM certification (or interest in pursuing).
