In this role, you will manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and coordinate facility maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and compliance tracking for building systems. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, CMMS proficiency, and at least 2 years of facilities coordination experience.
