• Greet customers and provide them with information about available vehicles
• Answer questions about vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and complete sales transactions
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Proficient with CRM software

• Bilingual is a plus
• Previous experience in car sales or a related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
