Your Role:
As a Customer Service Lot Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience at Home Depot. You will assist customers with loading their purchases into their vehicles, ensuring a smooth exit from the store. Additionally, you will help maintain a welcoming entrance by keeping the area organized and carts readily available.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with loading their vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain the entrance area of the store for a pleasant environment.
- Ensure the availability of shopping carts for customers at the entrance.
- Interact with customers and Home Depot associates to provide outstanding service.
