Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. They may direct customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance, and support store objectives while working cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, with little or some supervision.

They should be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot and provide administrative services.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction as needed (e.g., directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status).
• Handle cash management or program compliance.
• Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, and carriers; work productively with little or some supervision.
• Be detail-oriented and demonstrate proven time management skills.
• Demonstrate integrity at all times and respond to operational concerns while supporting store objectives.
• Possible positions include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
