Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
