Job Responsibilities:

* Work with and assist Maintenance, Production & Sanitation personnel

* Requires working inside/outside, in the heat/cold, including elevated areas (ex. roof/silos)

* Conduct forklift battery changes

* Clean / detail forklifts

* Perform facility painting as needed

* Replace HVAC filters & wash coils

* Ensure proper lighting is maintained throughout the facility by ensuring bulbs are replaced timely

* Conduct preventative maintenance and cleaning of facility exhaust & supply fans

* Perform basic facility maintenance as assigned

* Record maintenance data as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor & Manager to monitor equipment performance

* Identify and report equipment concerns to the Maintenance Manager.

* Participate in overtime assignments as required.

* Provide "on call" coverage as needed.

* Perform other various duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

* Forklift repair and HVAC repair experience preferred.

* 1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.

* Knowledge of Maintenance jargon, Maintenance Best Practices Knowledge; OSHA, safety, etc.

* Proven ability to work in a team as well as independently

* Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA and Production needs.

Work Environment:

* Warehouse Setting
