HR Coordinator

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and departmental duties.
• Process HR-related documentation and prepare reports for personnel activities, including onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits administration, HRIS record maintenance, AG/child support garnishments, E-Verify, and employment verification requests.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries in both languages regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, and drafting standard HR documents and correspondence.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
