- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems (ductwork, equipment, controls, etc.)
- Take on commercial installation projects as opportunities arise
- Ensure all work is completed to code and Aptus standards
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Collaborate with project managers while mentoring helpers or junior installers

Qualifications- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience required (lead or crew leader experience preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently and guide a team
- Interest in or prior experience with commercial installations a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification (preferred; NATE certification a bonus)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Competitive pay ($25–$35/hr based on experience) + performance bonuses
