We are seeking a sales representative for our Design studio in Charleston, SC. As a Sales Associate at Pro-Tops, you will be vital in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
