• 1‑3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting business goals
• Experience with coaching and mentoring team members
• Familiarity with retail technology and systems
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around various areas of the store
