Lead Customer Service Representative, Full or Part Time

Circle K is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina location (Store 2723296, 2171 N Hwy 17, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466). This full or part-time role involves greeting customers, operating the register, and managing shifts.

• Greeting customers and running the register.
• Cashiering and making purchase suggestions.
• Leading shifts regularly and providing entry-level management experience.
• Maintaining store appearance inside and outside.
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers.
• Ensuring regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interacting with many customers daily and working with an energetic team.

• Selling products to customers.
• Providing excellent customer care.
• Communicating and friendly conversation.
• Performing at a quick pace while having fun.
• Teamwork to accomplish daily goals.
• Problem-solving and offering suggestions.
• Leading a team of employees.
• Entry-level employee supervision.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry-level management experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder.
