• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required.
• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Familiarity with the products or industry relevant to the store.
• Additional language skills to assist diverse customer base.
• Training or certification in customer service or sales techniques.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, identifying their needs and providing product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash, credit, or other payment methods securely.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and store layout to assist customers effectively.
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
